I can't remember a time when I didn't have a deep enjoyment for making things beautiful. My mom used to "hire" my best friend and I in middle school to decorate the house for Christmas because I loved a good tablescape even then, in BRACES! My love for design has had various outlets throughout my adult life: event planning, room consultation, corporate and restaurant design and most recently (and most personal..!) our total home renovation. We purchased our current home with the plan to do an addition and design the home to our, ok MY, personal taste!
We are closing in on the last two rooms and it has only fueled my passion for what makes a home, a home. Simple, fresh, livable yet elevated and most of all...personal.
