Absolutely LOVED the challenge of this clients design plan! The room they are using as a nursery has a chair rail and the bottom half is painted purple! They were hoping to not have to paint, which I TOTALLY get! And lavender is such a pretty color for a nursery I assured her it was absolutely something I could work with!

The item I was most excited about sourcing was the rug! I have seen so many beautiful lavender pieces lately and its not often you get to pull the trigger on one! This one checked all the boxes for me! Vintage design, muted colors, soft, doesn’t shed and easy to clean if (when!) spills happen 🙂

I couldn’t resist these precious bunnies when I came across them while sourcing art! They are cute and cuddly but not cheesy! and a bold piece was exactly what this room was asking for! You guys will be shocked to learn that several of the pieces I sourced for this design were from …..WALMART! Can you guess which ones? Again, a total bonus of using Sparrow and Clay is that I design at any and every level and even when you have budgeted more for a space no sense if buying the more expensive piece when you can find a great dupe!

And of course, removable wallpaper had to make an appearance! This little hand-drawn dot situation is killing me. I love everything about it, and the fact that it has a creamy background makes it looks less stark, and more sophisticated!
